  • Maximum Delivery Time: 14 days

All products will be delivered within 14 days to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery duration may vary based on factors such as customer location, order volume, regional serviceability, and courier partner schedules. Please note that public holidays, natural calamities, or logistical disruptions may occasionally result in delays beyond our control.


2. Courier Partners

We work with reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your purchases, including:

  • DTDC
  • ST Courier
  • Professional Courier

Each order is dispatched with a tracking ID and carrier name, which you will receive via email or SMS.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated based on:

  • Customer’s delivery location
  • Weight and size of the order
  • Any promotional/free shipping offers in effect

Applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.


4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped:

  • You can monitor delivery status in real-time through the courier’s official website using the shared tracking ID

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

In case a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address
  • Recipient unavailability

Our courier partner will attempt redelivery as per their standard policy. If the order is returned to us, re-shipping will be done after reconfirmation and may involve additional shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you receive a shipment that is:

  • Damaged
  • Opened/tampered
  • Missing one or more items

You must contact us immediately with the following:

  • Photographs of the outer package, damaged items, and shipping label
